Southfield DDA

The purpose of the Tenant Recruitment Incentive Program (TRIP) is to support the recruitment of new commercial occupants into the Cornerstone District-Southfield. The Southfield Downtown Development Authority will allocate grant dollars to commercial real estate brokers and building owners as incentives to recruit new businesses into the Cornerstone District.

Solo Company LLC was recently awarded a $10,000 TRIP grant for recruiting Fifth Third Bank to the District.
